Terms & Conditions

Aero Tech Projects Ltd (ATP) warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

• ATP (“we” or “us”) warrants equipment against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser, under normal use and conditions, for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase.
• If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, either repair the defective product with new or replace the defective product.
• This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by (1) misuse, neglect, casualty, or improper installation, (2) wear and tear, specifically to plug and socket connection, (3) repair done or attempt by someone not authorised by us, (4) improper use, maintenance or modification of equipment, or (5) any other cause outside our control (6) snapped shafts caused by (4) or (5).
• This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product, or to any product for which the serial number has been removed or defaced.
  This warranty does not interfere with your statutory rights.
• The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other, whether oral or written, expressed or implied, we specifically disclaim any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• In no event shall Aerotech, its subsidiaries, or affiliates, be responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing, any program or data stored in or used with the equipment.
• The User Guide is provided for information purposes only.  All information included herein may be subject to change without notice. Aerotech Projects Ltd is not responsible for and damages, direct or indirect, arising from, or related to use of this guide
